NitiN Somani is the founder of Option Online, With an experience of working for over 11⁄2 decade, NitiN has been able to interact with Management and employees of various Organisations and varied experience in drafting and implementation of various Stock Incentive Plans. Being a qualified CFA and Investment Banker, he adds innovations to the structure and being a Company Secretary has a thorough understanding of the regulatory framework. He has been associated with conceptualization and drafting of SIP for all kind of companies listed & unlisted, large cap, mid cap, small cap, startups, technology firms ranging across various sectors including media, IT & ITES, pharma, infrastructure, financial services, entertainment, manufacturing, etc.

Radhika Somani is the founder of Option Online. She is a Chartered Accountant and holds Diploma in Financial Management with an experience over 7 years in the fields of taxation, accounting and advisory services.
