NitiN Somani, founder of www.optionline.in has been admitted with Stock Exchanges for their limited purpose membership for using their electronic platform for buying / selling / dealing in schemes of mutual funds. In the process of enabling our customers to buy / sell / deal in schemes of mutual funds, we may be required to collect, store, authenticate, verify and distribute the Personal Data (defined below) as may be required by the Stock Exchanges and / or AMC for such transaction(s). The Personal Data shall be collected through the application form ("Application Form") available on the Website or the App.

You are responsible for all actions that take place under your User Account. If you choose to share your User Account details and password or any Personal Data with third parties, you are solely responsible for the same. If you lose control of your User Account, you may lose substantial control over your Personal Data and may be subject to legally binding actions.
